In our disruptive times, in times of Covid-19 we need find our way. This could be hard and change is inevitable thus more important than ever. I've been supporting people and organisations so they can improve themselves for more than a decade. Developing ourselves like all the other change processes causes stress. According to my experiences our greatest stressors in our life are our thoughts driven by emotions. The key feature to fighting this impact is mastering our emotions. However this journey could be fearful It could bring the gift of severe changes.

How to Work Remotly? Workspace vs. Workplace
In a research of 5,000 companies from 8 countries (US, EU and Asia) 73% expect to work from multiple location in the future. There is an increase to 71% (from 40%) in working from home currently (Source: Poly Global Persona Research, FactWorks 2021).

The same tendency can be seen in private and public sector. Alex Chisholm, COO of the civil service and permanent secretary of the Cabinet Office said:
"many civil servants will continue to work from home permanently after the pandemic"

What does hybrid work mean in real life?
We have to forget the word workplace and we should get familiar with the expression working space instead. What does it mean exactly?
As we define business processes and workflows we should be aware to enable to do the given job both in person and remotely if applicable. We have to establish working spaces which incorporates tools, techniques and a psychological space in which our colleagues feel emotionally safe.
It is important to choose the proper and efficient tool for the given task. There are plenty of different tools there. It’s a quite difficult decision to identify the proper tool(s) that will support our work. Thus we should choose more specialised tool. As you can see companies use more apps related their company size (Source).
